Father McKenna, a former Chancellor of the Catholic Diocese of Rochester and President of the Canon Law Society of America, has been Pastor of St. Cecilia’s since 2000. Ordained in 1977, he received his doctorate in canon law from St. Paul University in Ottawa in 1990.
